THE FUNDAMENTALS

So you say you want to learn Capoeira? Well there are a few basic movements that every Capoeira player starts with. The menu to the left contains very basic animations of the fundamental moves of Capoeira. To view the moves, just click on a selection and a small window will pop-up with the movement in it. The name of the movement will be below it. The window will also contain the pronounciation of the move below the name of the move.

NOTE: some moves will take longer to load then others based on the size. Once an animation is fully loaded, it will repeat continuously.
